Today people are suffering with stress, anxiety, depression and debts. They are worried about the future with so much of anxiety, and worry in the mind, in the heart and it effects the health, it effects everything around their life.

So these Dua's are very powerful for stress, anxiety, grief, debts and mental health.

Special Dua for Stress, Anxiety, Depression and Debts

Say this dua in the morning and evening:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min alhammi walhazan, ‏‏‏‏‏‏wa a'udhu bika min al-ajzi walkasal, ‏‏‏‏‏‏wa a'udhu bika min al-jubni walbukhl, ‏‏‏‏‏‏wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid- dayni waqahrir-rijal .

 

Translation: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from care and grief, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and slackness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and niggardliness, and I seek in You from being overcome by debt and being put in subjection by men.   

 
One day the Messenger of Allah (p.b.u.h) entered the mosque. He saw there a man from the Ansar called Abu Umamah. He said: What is the matter that I am seeing you sitting in the mosque when there is no time of prayer? He said: I am entangled in cares and debts, Messenger of Allah. He replied: Shall I not teach you words by which, when you say them, Allah will remove your care, and settle your debt? He said: Why not, Messenger of Allah? He said: Say in the morning and evening:  O Allah, I seek refuge in You from care and grief, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and slackness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and niggardliness, and I seek in You from being overcome by debt and being put in subjection by men.   He said: When I did that Allah removed my care and settled my debt. [ Sunan Abu Dawood : 1555]

 

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ ، وَالْحَزَنِ ، وَالْعَجْزِ ، وَالْكَسَلِ ، وَالْجُبْنِ ، وَالْبُخْلِ ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ 

Allahumm inni a'udhu bika min alhammi , wa-lhazan , wal-ajzi , wal-kasal , wa-ljubni , w'albukhl , wa-dhala'e alddayni , wa-ghalabatir - rijal .

Translation : O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being heavily in debt and from being overpowered by (other) men.   [Sahih Al Bukhari : 6369]

Powerful Dua for grief, stress anxiety and depression

Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) said: No servant afflicted with anxiety or grief whereupon he says: 

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدِكَ وَابْنُ أَمَتِكَ نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤُكَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ سَمَّيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ أَوْ عَلَّمْتَهُ أَحَدًا مِنْ خَلْقِكَ أَوْ أَنْزَلْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِكَ أَوْ اسْتَأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِي عِلْمِ الْغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ الْقُرْآنَ رَبِيعَ قَلْبِي وَنُورَ صَدْرِي وَجِلَاءَ حُزْنِي وَذَهَابَ هَمِّي.

Allahumma inni 'abduka wabnu 'abdik wabnu amatik na-siyati bi-yadik madhin fiyya hukmuk 'adlun fiyya qadha'uk as'aluka bi-kulli ismin huwa laka  sammayta bihi nafsak aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqik aw 'anzaltahu fee kitabik aw 'ista'tharta bihi fee ilmil-ghaybi 'indak an taj-ala 'al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi wa-nura sadri wa-jila'a huzni wa-dhahaba hammi.

Translation:  O Allah, I am Your slave, son of Your male  slave, and son of Your female slave. My forelock is in Your Hand. Your command for me prevails. Your judgement concerning me is just. I beseech You through every name You have, by which You have called Yourself, or which You have sent down in Your Book, or which You have taught to any one of Your creations, or which You have preferred to keep to Yourself among Your guarded secrets, to make the great Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my eyes, the remedy of my grief, and the dispeller of my anxiety. Ameen [Musnad Ahmad : 1 / 391]

Special Dua for Debts

اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ. 

Allāhummakfinī biḥalālika `an ḥarāmika, wa aghninī bi faḍlika `amman siwāka.

Translation : O Allah save from haram and make the halal sufficient and by your favour make me independent from others .

[Sunan Tirmizi : 3565]

Dua-for-wealth

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَوَسِّعْ لِي فِي رِزْقِي وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا 

.رَزَقْتَنِي

Allahummaghfir-lee dhanbi, wa wassi' lee

 fee dari, wa barik lee 'fee ma razaqtani.

Translation: O Allah, forgive me my sin, and expand for me my abode, and bless for me that which You have provided me.
