TranslationA human being fills no worse vessel than his stomach. It is sufficient for a human being to eat a few mouthfuls to keep his spine straight. But if he must (fill it), then one third of food, one third for drink and one third for air. [ Sunan Ibn Majah : 3349]

As we know Our stomach is the main organ in the body, it has lots of desease the maximum desease originate in the stomach because it's a house of bacteria. Lots of varities  been cooked  with delicious dishes. these all gives us happiness and it improves our mental health

Allah Says in the Glorious Quran:

Translation: And He it is who causes gardens to grow, [both] trellised and untrellised, and palm trees and crops of different [kinds of] food and olives and pomegranates, similar and dissimilar. Eat of [each of] its fruit when it yields and give its due [zakah] on the day of its harvest. And be not excessive. Indeed, He does not like those who commit excess. [The Noble Qur’an, 6:141]

However,  In these days our relationship with food becomes imbalanced. We reduce in eating and drinking a Muslim don't eat from Fajr to Maghrib.

If we are deliberate, the emotions are more controlled, and it decrease the stress.

Ramadan is a month of self-regulation and self-training. Muslims fast according to our religious requirements, but there are also medical benefits. Typically, fasting is used by patients for weight management, relaxing the digestive system, and lipid reduction. Both total fasting and crash diet can have adverse effects.

But Islamic fasting is different from these diet plans because Ramadan fasting does not contain malnutrition or insufficient calorie intake. The calorie intake of Muslims during Ramadan is generally more or less than the nutritional requirements guidelines. In addition, fasting in Ramadan is taken voluntarily and is not prescribed by the physician. And it is expected that this training will continue even after the end of Ramadan.

Fasting is a special act of worship that eventually takes place between the believer and the Creator himself, because no one else knows for sure whether this person is actually fasting. In a hadith of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, Allah says, "Fasting is for me and I will only reward it." In another hadith, the Prophet reminds us, "If one does not leave a lie in words and actions, then there is no need for Allah to sacrifice his food and drink."
